transformation of office buildings into residential buildings

This project proposes the transformation of a former office complex in Brussels into a mixed-use residential neighbourhood. Based on the careful reuse of four existing buildings, the project combines a wide range of housing typologies with active ground floors, generous outdoor spaces and a strong landscape framework, supported by an ambitious and sustainable architectural approach.
