renovation of the Maison communale of Auderghem and the CPAS
The renovation of the Maison Communale and the hosting, in addition to communal services, of a series of institutions also dedicated to citizens represent a great opportunity to confirm and reinforce its status as a citizens' home. The aim is to assert a place open to all, enabling synergies and developing pleasant and diversified reception and work spaces. The most appropriate approach to renovating the building is to de-clutter it and clarify its spaces: by deconstructing anything superfluous, proposing a programmatic reorganization and performing a series of surgical interventions to magnify what's already there.
