construction of a nursery and apartment complex in an urban infill in Saint-Gilles.

The project features the superimposition of two programs in keeping with its immediate context. The developed building contains services for young children, as well as a number of apartments with dual-aspect. The layout and distribution maximize the spatial, luminous and inhabitable qualities of all the program's parts, guaranteeing users a comfortable living environment in a dynamic central district. The resulting volume, made of CLT with a concrete finish at the front and metal sheeting at the back, blends smoothly into the original infill.
