This project is an opportunity to develop an appropriate strategy for managing the transformation of an “industrial” plot into housing and production space in a high-stakes neighborhood undergoing major change. It was therefore necessary to devise a coherent, high-performance urban scheme that takes advantage of existing conditions to provide an optimal living environment for its future residents and users, and more broadly for all the neighborhood's inhabitants.
